Calvé 2 meter

The first and presumably only bench of this design was made for the 75th anniversary of the Calvé factory in Delft.

The bench has a stainless steel frame. Hardwood FSC beams are used for seat, back and optionally for the armrests. The beams are fixed with stainless steel bolts. The colour of the wood depends on which part of the tree is used and will eventually turn grey through weathering. The bench comes without further treatment.

3 cm high plastic guides can be fitted under the steel legs to make sure the steal never directly touches the surface on which it stands. These guides come in very handy when the bench is placed upon a terrace.

Every piece of furniture is numbered, has a matching certificate and contains a chip.
